Daily report ( English version)
 
           The first day we practiced on Thursday, January 24, 2019 after the holiday we raising semester 1 to semester 2 we practiced making puff pastry. Before doing the practice of making puff pastry, we  cleaned the kitchen and after that we all gathered in the pastry and we checked the grooming clothes and checked the tidiness.


                After that we are one line in pastry and supervised by senior 4th semester a and semester 6th a. After that, Mr. Ical enters and gives instructions on how to make puff pastry. After that we gathered in accordance with each group.


               After we were in each group, we all went to get the ingredients to make puff pastry and put it on the table we were going to use. After taking the ingredients we rested.


               After the break, we continued to make puff pastry, at the time of making we divided each task. First there is mixing dough and there is me rolling dough.


              After the dough is finished, we store it in the chiller. After that we were all one line back and we were given assignments to clean the kitchen. Because the kitchen is still repairs so we clean only in the pastry, toilet and office.


              After we do general cleaning. We all gather in front of the kitchen and do one line. After that Mr. Ical came and gave a briefing. after that we prayed and after that we went home.


How  to make puff pastry:
1. Prepare the ingredients

2. put all the ingredients into the flour
3, Mixing the ingredients

 4, After that, rolling dough until the dough become soft and thin .

5.after that ,folding the dough and finally wrap the dough and keep in chiller



6. after we keep the dough in the chiller, take the dough and rolling until it become thin and than make a kind of shape
7. And finally, bake the puff pastry 15 until 20 minute and 180'c
