On February 7th 2019, we are one line in front of the kitchen as usual. Then our senior checked our utensil that we bough then we went in to locker and keep our belongings in the locker.
Then we are one line in the pastry in the kitchen, afterwards the senior tells us what we going to do, we divide according to each group. After that we take the equipment that we will use for practic.
After taking the equipment and utensil , we took the place we would use to practice making a choux ala creme. After that we shared the task with our group members to practice making choux ala creme.
After finishing , we will bake the choux ala creme . After we made it, we took the choux filling we made yesterday in the chiller. After that we filled our choux. After that we put it on a plate. Then we divide each part to be cleaned. After that, we cleaned one of our lines in front of the kitchen to hear directions from Mr. ical. After that we pray then go home.
Ingredient:
- 500 ml Milk
- 250 gr Butter
- 70 gr Hard Flour
- 300 gr Soft Flour
- 5 gr Milk Powder
- 625 ml Egg
How To make Choux Ala Creme:
1.Mix Butter and milk .After that boil until the butter mixed with the milk.
2. After that, put some flour . Mix it.
3. Then lift, then mix the dough so that the mixture becomes slightly cold
