Daily Report (4
February 2019)
On
February 4, 2019. We did a one line in front of the kitchen at 8 o'clock in the
morning after which we were ordered by seniors and then checked our grooming
and our utensil. After that we keep our items in the locker. After
that we were one line back in the pastry, then after that we divided the
section to clean because the kitchen was dirty because of the improvements in
the kitchen. So before that we clean it up first ...
After
we cleaned we rested first, at 11 o'clock we returned and one line in the
pastry again. Then we gathered into each group and continued to make our puff pastry
that we had made last week. After that we made the puff pastry we had formed. When
we bake our puff pastry, senior 6th semester practices how to make sugar dough
and pie dough. We are shown how to make it, so that tomorrow we can find out
how to make it.
After
that, we are divided according to each section to clean. We cleaned at 3:30 but
because we cleaned too long, so we did general cleaning again. After that,
our general cleaning finish at 5.50 we are one line in front of the kitchen. After
that, Mr.ical comes and tells what will we done for tomorrow. After that we prayed
and went home.
PUFF PASTRY
1. To form a puff pastry, first we rolling the dough until the dough become thin
2.After that form the dough as desired
3. After that proofing the puff pastry for about 1 hour, then rub it using egg wash
4.Then, bake the mixture with a temperature of 180-220 c for 15-20 minutes until the color is golden. Finished
