Today we do mid practice. The menu we will prepare is the rotation menu 1.2. For this mid practice , our group members must come the day before the mid practice to prepare for what we gonna use for tommorow.

     So on Monday we arrived at 9 o'clock to prepare from the appetizer to dessert. We divide the tasks so that we can finish on time.

    The menu we will make is an appetizer (macedoine of vegetable mayonnaise), Soup (minestrone soup), Main course (meuniere sole fillets, au gratin potatoes, glazed root vegetables), and dessert (choux ala creme, and hard roll).

    For appetizers, soups and main courses, we only prepare the ingredients and tomorrow we will process them. And the dessert we made right away today and after that we kept it in the pastry room.

    Then the next day we arrived at 6 am and started to make an appetizer, soup and main course and it must be finished at half past 11.

    after that we platted all the menus we made and because the restaurant today was not open because the restaurant was under renovation so we made an explanation into the office, after we explained the food we had made we collected and we ate together.

   Then after that we did general cleaning and then we took a break. And after that we were one line to go home.

1. Appetizer (Macedoine of vegetable mayonnaise)

2. Soup (Minestrone Soup)

3. Main course (Fillet of sole meuniere, Potatoes au gratin, Glazed root vegetables)

4.Dessert (Choux ala creme, and Hard roll).
