Topic 2: Daily Activity (english version) 1 april 2019

On April 1, 2019, we entered practice for the first time for this second semester. As usual, in the morning we gathered at the Kitchen to do the practice, today we gathered at 7 o'clock. This is the First Day for Practicing the Rotation Menu II. We then went into the kitchen and gathered in Cold Kitchen to line up and listen to directions from our supervisor. We get an explanation of the Rotation II.1 menu menu that we will practice today.

Each group gets each assignment, and for my group gets the task to make a beef rice bowl. After knowing each menu, we were then directed to prepare the ingredients to be processed.

today we will only prepare and will be processed the next day. For groups that handle appetizers, main courses, and soups are first completed compared to those who make dessert. At 12.00 we were given time to rest and pray.

After rest and prayer, we gathered back into the kitchen and helped our friend who handles dessert. Some of us started doing GC in Cold Kitchen and pastry. We then wait for our friend who prepares dessert for tomorrow, until 16.00 more or less. Then we took a short break until we were called to line up and pray together then go home.

BEEF RICE BOWL RECIPES
INGREDIENTS:
- 400 GR Beef (thinly sliced)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon japanese sake
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/8 tbsp of black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 pcs onions
- 500 ml of chicken broth
- 1/2 pcs of broccoli
- 2 pcs carrots

HOW TO MAKE:
1. Cut all the ingredients to be used such as carrots, broccoli, onions and beef
2. Mix oyser sauce, soy sauce, japanese sake, miso, sugar, powdered pepper, stir until smooth and set aside
3. Heat the oil then add the onion and cook for about 2 minutes
4. then, add the chicken stock and add the sauce that has been mixed and bring to a boil
5. Flatten the beef on the pan and cook until done using medium heat
6. cook the meat using low heat, then wait for the meat to soften and add the broth for about 40-50 minutes.
7. While the meat is cooked, take a pan and cook broccoli and carrots until soft and drain
8. Serve rice in a bowl and add broccoli and carrots and add beef. finished
