Topic 2: Daily Activities 9 (English Version) February 21, 2019


 





On February 21, 2019 we arrived earlier than usual. We arrived at 6 am and immediately prepared breakfast according to the group division. We immediately prepared the equipment that we will use to make chicken porridge, but the stock of chicken that we will use is still stored in the freezer behind and still locked. So we only made the porridge half done first.

After searching for the warehouse key, around 7 o'clock, the key to the warehouse finally found. Then we take our chicken stock and heat it, after our chicken stock is liquid then we add it to our porridge.

Then after our porridge is finished, we take the place to be used to store the porridge that we have made and after that the ingredients used as toppings in the porridge we prepare in the container. Then after that we gave it to the restaurant.

Then after that we are one line in the cold kitchen, then we divide the parts to general cleaning. After that we rested, after a break we ate the food we had made. After that we returned one line and prayed and we returned at 2 o'clock.
