Topic 2: Daily Activity 6 (English version) 18 Februari 2019
On February 18, 2019, in the morning we conducted a ceremony which was held every mid-month in the field. Then after the ceremony, we changed our clothes to cook clothes. After that we all entered into the kitchen and one line in the pastry.
After that at 9 am, Mr. Ical entered and gave material about breakfast. Then on the first day we practice making Continental Breakfast, then groups 1 to 5 on the day of practice then the results will be served at the restaurant.
The division is like the first group makes Coffe / Tea and preserves (Milk, Jam, Marmalade, Butter), then group 2 makes juice (Tomato, Apple, Pinapple), group 3 makes american soft roll, group 4 makes French Bread and group 5 makes toast Bread.
We practice according to what we will make and then at 11:30 everything must be finished and presented. Then groups 6 to 10 prepare breakfast to be used for tomorrow.
After that at 12 to 1 pm, we rested. At 2 o'clock we gather back into the kitchen then we are divided according to each section to clean. After the general cleaning we were one line in front of the kitchen and were given after that we went home.
CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST
At Continental Breakfast needed:
1. Coffee / Tea
2. Preserves (Milk, Jam, Marmalade and Butter)
3. Juice (Tomato, Apple, Pinapple)
4. Bread (American soft roll, French Bread, Toast Bread)
