Topic 2 : Daily Activity 10(English version) 4 maret 2019
on Monday March 4 ,2019 , we entered early at 7:00. So I arrived before 7 o'clock and then I keep my luggage then I made coffee for the office.
Then after that we helped the class leader to open the window . After that, we were one line in front of the kitchen and the senior call our name and then we entered the pastry room. In the pastry room we are one line and then we are divided into a new group composed of 8 or 9 people and then the senior choose what we gonna do for the 1.1 rotation menu.
We are divided into 4 groups. Group 1 makes an appetizer, group 2 makes soup, group 3 makes main course, and group 4 makes dessert. And I got group 3 which is making main course or called main food.
On the main course in rotation 1.1 there is food for beef stew, baked potato and zucchini saute provencale. So today we only prepare materials that will be needed to make the main course that we will use for tomorrow's practice.
Then after that at half past twelve we rested and then around 1 o'clock we returned and the senior devide us for the section for general cleaning. Then after general cleaning we are one line in front of the kitchen and then there were some things that Mr. Iical inform and then we prayed and after that we went home.
