Topic 2 : Daily Activity-18 april 2019(English version)

Because we were on holiday due to the election, so today we practice making 2 rotation menus at once. Yup, we were deliberately given the task of making 2 menus at the same time to replace the practice day that was closed yesterday, so on this day we made a rotation menu 2.1 and also 2.2

  This week we repeat the rotation menu 2. We repeated it starting from menu 2.1 but each group in our class made a dish different from last week on the same menu.

   So today we practice starting with praying together in the cold kitchen after that we immediately start our practice so that we can finish quickly. in my group, we again shared our assignments and I got the task of making dessert on the Chinese menu, tang yuan and tang zhong and Thai appetizer menu, namely thai beef salad.

   So, today we will issue 8 dishes which consist of Chinese spinach and peanut salad, traditional egg drop soup, beef rice bowl, tang yuan, tang zhong, thai beef salad, tom yam goong, gai tod takrai with yam makeua yo and Khau Plao and Num Chak Kachan.

We do this practice as quickly as possible so that it can be completed on time, incidentally today is Thursday where after praying there is a study so we have to express all activities in the kitchen as soon as possible. After we finished all of our photos, we showed them to Pak Jaya. Today we don't explain just that we showed our photos to Pak Jaya.

   After we finish all our dishes, we pray first and then we go back to the kitchen to have lunch together. And as usual we clean all our work areas in the kitchen. We did it with seniors and after that we were allowed to go home.
