Topic 2: Daily Activity( 29 april 2019)- English version

On April 29, 2019 until May 2, 2019, we practice together with seniors because we will run a FITE event. And this is our last week in the second semester to practice before we will do the final. And this week we will only practice for an event that we will use 2 days to prepare and 2 days we will live cooking in the hall for the FITE event.

 At the event we were assigned to handle various kinds of food such as fruit ice, crepes, meatballs, grilled satay, corn dogs, sushi and others. So we and the seniors were divided into groups to handle it. In one group handling 1 or 2 kinds of food.

My group was given the task of making sushi, so the senior and I  prepared for the ingredients that we would use for making sushi. Our group came out on Thursday, so on Monday and Tuesday we were not too bothered to prepare because most of us did prepare on Wednesday. So on Monday and Tuesday I only help my friends who prepare.

So on Wednesday we prepared the ingredients we will use like salmon, tuna, nori, tobiko and other condiments. So on Thursday we immediately did a plating on the table and carried it to the hall. After that we returned to the kitchen and did general cleaning as usual. And after that we were all one line in front of the kitchen and prayed then we all went home.
