Topic 2: daily activity (English Version) 4 april 2019
On Thursday April 4, we practiced again after yesterday's holiday because of isra miraj. So, today we will practice to make Indonesian menus.
We started oneline at 8:15 in the cold kitchen for absent by the senior . After that the senior directed what we had to do today after that we started practice.
Today we will process Menu 2.3, which is Indonesian Food. And our group will process Jalangkote as an Appetizer while some of our group is processing Croissants.
After our jalangkote is made, we store it along with other foods that have been made such as of sosok utan, konro bakar, Nasi putih and pisang ijo. After the food we made was explained to us, we then ate together.
After that we took a break for dhuhur prayers, then carried out the obligation that is General Cleaning, After that We rested to Pray Asr. After that, Oneline to Pray before we go home.
