topic 2: Daily Report - english version(April 15, 2019)
So, today I leave for campus around 7.15 and arrive around 7.40. After I arrived at the campus I went to the kitchen and immediately got ready to use my complementary uniform-uniform, preparing the equipment that I would later use etc.
After I finished getting ready, I went straight into the cold kitchen and oneline like the other friends who were in the kitchen. Ouhhh yes, before we enter our kitchen oneline outside the kitchen first and at the same time seniors hold us one by one.
When we are all in the kitchen, as usual, we pray more deeply so that our activities today will be smooth. Today we are only assigned to prepare cooking ingredients that we will use later, but before that our seniors first review us one by one
After we were reviewed we began to be assigned to prepare our cooking ingredients. In my group, I got the task to make dessert in the 2.4 rotation menu, which is Japanese food, the dessert we will later make is Dorayaki. So, today we only make the dough first and also make anko for the filling later.
When we were finished with our preparation activities, we also began to help other groups that were not finished. And after everything is done we are as usual doing general cleaning. We clean the kitchen together. After that we took a short break outside when we waited for time to go home
